HOW LONG IS A SESSION?
Each individual Archetypal reading or Family Constellation session lasts approximately 3 hours, and can be done in person or online. You can schedule a session here.

HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?
A single session is all it takes to get started. Additional sessions can be scheduled if desired. New clients requesting an Archetypal reading require 2 sessions, to be completed within a 2-week period, in order to provide a comprehensive and holistic picture of your life.

WHAT HAPPENS IN AN ARCHETYPAL READING?
While the content of each session will naturally vary based on the individual, these common elements provide an overall structure for the session to unfold:

-
We explore your inner world, to discover the parts of you that comprise the whole.
-
We select your archetypes and combine them to form a clearer picture of you.
-
We look at your life story, from the beginning to the present, giving it a sense of order.
-
You leave with tools and processes that you can use, as you continue on your journey.

WHAT HAPPENS IN A CONSTELLATION WORKSHOP OR SESSION?
In a workshop, the client chooses representatives from the group to stand in the places of important family members or other relationships, according to the client’s constellation. These participants become reporters or vessels, allowing hidden and unconscious family dynamics to be revealed. New images emerge, and the flow of love can resume, so you can find peace and dignity.
During individual sessions, we are guided by the same principles, using objects to represent the elements of your constellation.
Constellations can be applied to any relationship or aspect of your life, such as your relationship to work, money, friends, partner, family, and illness.
