Early Childhood Mentoring

Are you a parent or teacher interested in learning more about early childhood education, or the Waldorf approach to working with the developing child?

Whether you are new to your role or field—or could simply use a “refresher” to help re-invigorate and inspire you—I am here to support your personal and professional development.

My experience ranges from helping parents address issues preventing their child’s healthy development, such as difficulty sleeping, concentrating, and navigating social interactions, to assisting with initiatives to establish new schools.

I am passionate about improving the quality of life and education for children everywhere, and would love to share my knowledge and experience with you so that you can apply it in your day-to-day interactions.

Contact me if you’d like to schedule a workshop or individual session.

To learn more about the early childhood workshops for parents and teachers that I offer please visit the FAQ page.

"Monica has taught me to re-encounter myself with the magic of when I was a child and to understand that children are still in that magical realm, so to  understanding and respecting that reality in which they live is the greatest thing we can do for them.”

ABOUT ME

I studied the philosophy and pedagogy guiding Waldorf education at Rudolf Steiner College, and had the good fortune of being mentored by Helle Heckmann. Additionally, I have attended international congresses for early childhood in Dornach, Switzerland

and Yarna, Sweden.

Applying what I learned, I opened the first Waldorf Kindergarten in Guadalajara, Mexico with my husband, and operated my own Kindergarten in Cuernavaca, Mexico.

I also received my certification in Resources for Infant Educarers (RIE®). Learn more about me.
